The topic? Well my good friend Kirsty Rutter and I have just published a paper in the Journal of Digital Banking called “Digital Banking in the Artificial Intelligence Era: Strategies for Serving Non-Human Customers” 10(1) (Summer 2025) and we’ll be online to discuss the paper and our conclusions.
